Ralph’s accepts payment by all major Credit Cards.

If you are purchasing from Singapore and do not have a credit card, kindly drop us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with details for payment via I-Banking transfer.

We do not accept personal checks and money orders.

Where applicable, any Customs and Import taxes will have to be borne by the buyer. For more detailed information and guidance on avoiding customs and import taxes, please contact your local customs office.



SHIPPING
All products are sent out from Singapore via Singpost.

Caps & Hats: Your orders will be shipped out within 2 working days and a confirmation email will be sent to you along with a tracking code.

T-Shirts: As we hand-stitch each T-Shirt upon receiving an order, kindly allow for up to 5 working days before the item is shipped out.

During peak seasons such as Christmas and the New Year, kindly anticipate a delay in delivery time. To avoid this, Ralph’s recommends that you place your order early to avoid any disappointments.

Local Shipping
Shipping within Singapore is free. We ship using Registered Mail with tracking to provide customers with a peace of mind. A tracking number will be sent to you upon successful payment.

International Shipping
Free registered international shipping would be provided for orders over $80 SGD.

Ralph’s will not be liable for orders sent to wrong shipping addresses provided. Kindly double check that the address provided is accurate. If you do make an error in shipping address, kindly email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with the correct address as once the items are shipped out we would be unable to guarantee that you would receive your order.
